第三方物流企业是一个新兴的服务业,它的发展不仅推动了物流业态的成熟,也极大地提高了服务业的贡献率。灵活运用服务管理的理论,在企业内部建立和形成顾客导向的模式。其结果是通过专业的物流服务来实现企业的效益。在第三方物流企业的未来的发展中,提高服务质量,更好地满足顾客需求,才能进一步提高企业的效益,在激烈的物流市场竞争中取得优势地位。
Third-party logistics(TPL)industries is an kind of modern service.Not only it promotes the development of logistics formats,but also improves the profits of the services.Using service management theory in internal enterprise and establishing customer oriented form.The result is to acquire benefits by professional logistics service.So the author thinks we should build service management form in order to improve the service quality of third-party logistics.In this case third-party logistics can form competition advantage.
