高校教学资源共享及其机制构建问题探讨

教学资源共享是我国高等教育大众化进程的客观需要。高校可共享的教学资源包括师资资源、优质课程资源、网络课程资源、教学硬件设施资源、图书文献及电子信息资源等。实现教学资源共享的关键,是建立切实可行的共享机制。构建高校教学资源共享机制,必须对现有高校教学管理、行政管理、后勤管理等方面的制度进行相应配套改革,从而为教学资源共享的实施创造条件。

Teaching resource sharing is the objective need of the popularization of higher education in our country.Teaching resources shared cover teacher,high-quality course,network course,teaching hardware facility,book and literature,and electronic information.The key to teaching resource sharing is the establishment of the practical and feasible sharing mechanism.Setting up teaching resource sharing mechanism calls for the reform of corresponding systems such as teaching,administration,logistics so as to create favorable conditions for the sharing of teaching resources.
