Diversities of the Relationship between Our Governmental Organizations and Non-governmental Organizations——Based on Theoretical Review of Three Cases

从概念与实在的角度看,非政府组织在我国具有多样性的形态,因此,非政府组织与政府组织的关系也具有复杂多样性。这种多样性就体现在政府与不同类型的非政府组织的关系上,比如,官办非政府组织与政府组织的关系表现为一种从属性关系;草根非政府组织与政府组织的关系表现为一种互补性关系,而境内国外非政府组织与政府组织的关系则表现为一种合作关系。

There are diversities in non-governmental organizations in our country.Therefore,there exist complex and diverse relations between non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations.Such diversities are embodied in the relations between government and different kinds of non-government.For instance,the relations between official non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations is a kind of subordination;grassroots non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations appear to be a complementary relationship;while Domestic foreign non-governmental organization and the governmental organization relationship is characterized by a partnership.
