摘要
知识产权教育是培养大学生创新能力的重要基础性教育,在创新意识、创新技能和创新环境三个方面对大学生创新能力的培养发挥着至关重要的作用。为培养和提高大学生的创新能力,加强和普及知识产权教育应当成为高校教育教学改革的重要内容。
Intellectual property rights education is the important foundation of cultivating college students＇ innovation ability.It take great effect on promoting college students＇ innovation ability from three aspects such as innovation consciousness,innovation skills and innovative environment.Strengthening and popularizing intellectual property rights education should be the important content in the higher education reform in colleges.
