护理人员开展心理护理状况调查

An investigation into the conduction of psychological nursing by the nursing staff

目的 为了了解目前临床护理人员开展心理护理的相关情况。方法 采取随机抽样填写发放的问卷的方式进行调查。结果 １００ ％ 的护理人员认为心理护理很重要，８９－３４ ％ 的护理人员开展了心理护理，但实施特殊心理护理的仅占４－１３ ％ ，在实施心理护理中，能熟练开展的仅占２７－８７ ％ ，深感困难的达８４－０２ ％ ，对于开展心理护理困难的原因中，４５－３７ ％ 的是心理护理知识缺乏。结论 心理护理的重要性已被护理人员所认同，但心理护理刚起步，存在不少亟待解决的问题，不论医院或学校，未能及时进行相关教育和课程调整。

Objective To learn about the conduction of psychological nursing by the clinical nursing staff. Methods An investigation was conducted through asking by random sampling the nursing staff to answer the questionnaires distributed to them. Results 100% of the nursing staff regard psychological nursing as very important, 89 34% of them have conducted psychological nursing, and yet those that have practiced special psychological nursing only account for 4 13%. Among those that have conducted psychological nursing, only 27 87% can do it proficiently, while those who feel it to be especially difficult reach 84 02%. As for the causes of the difficulties, 45 37% of the nursing staff hold that it is due to their lack of relevant knowledge. Conclusion While the importance of psychological nursing has been realized by the nursing staff, the work has just been started and there exist many problems demanding prompt solution. Hospitals and medical schools have failed to conduct timely education in this field or make timely course readjustment.
