摘要
千百年来,幸福始终是人们极为关注的重要话题,大学生中的杰出代表即优秀大学生幸福感如何,影响他们主观幸福感的因素又有哪些。通过对五所高校600名大学生进行调查,采用GWB量表测量发现优秀大学生主观幸福感水平低于普通大学生。家庭经济收入水平和学业奖学金的等次影响优秀大学生主观幸福感,为此,高校可以通过构建心理健康教育的积极模式,引导优秀大学生正确看待自己、他人和社会,塑造优秀大学生理想人格模式、控制情绪,学会自我调节和追求"三有"境界等方法,提升优秀大学生的主观幸福感。
This paper uses general subjective well-being questionnaire to make a survey of outstanding university students,the results of which shows that: The SWB of excellent students is lower than that of normal students.The author aims at gender,origin,family income,academic scholarships and other second-rate differences between different types and makes comparison.The results also shows that gender and source of the difference are not significant,but the influence factor of low-income-family students' SWB is lower than that of general-income families and good-income families and in the way of academic scholarship,students' subjective well-being of the second-class and third-class scholarship is significantly lower than those of the first-class scholarship students.Therefore,the author in this paper makes analysis about all of the above and provides strategies to improve the subjective well-being for outstanding students.
