The Interpretation of Ethnic Culture Entering Campus in Guizhou Province with Culture Adaptation

通过实地观察和深度访谈的研究方法,深入考察了贵州省"民族文化进校园"的课程设置、教学形式、教学管理、科研工作、发展规划等,分析了其在历时7年的实施历程中取得的成效与存在的问题。在释析"文化位育"内涵基础上指出,文化位育是文化全球化、中国现代社会转型、民族文化传承式微背景下,改善家、校、社区文化疏离,实现多元文化和谐共生,以及不同自然与文化生态系统中生物个体与群体安所遂生的动力与有效方略。

The author uses field observation and depth interviews,thoroughly inspected the curriculum setting,teaching style,teaching management,scientific research and development planning of＂Ethnic Culture Entering Campus＂in Guizhou Province,analyzed its achievements and problems in the implemental process over 7 years.Based on the connotation of ＂culture adaptation＂,it is found that on the background of cultural globalization,Chinese modern society transformation and declining of ethnic cultural heritage,＂culture adaptation＂is the effective strategy to promote culture integration of school and community,realize multicultural harmonious coexistence,biological individual and group in different natural and cultural ecosystem get proper development.
