摘要
大学英语教师的职业认同感和专业发展是英语教学研究关注的热点。对职业认同感与专业发展的基本概念进行了比较,分析了职业认同感与专业发展的密切关系,客观分析了影响专业发展的内部成因,探讨了职业认同感的培养对促进高校英语教师的专业发展的重要影响。
At present,College English teachers'professional development is the heated issue of foreign language area,and it is also the puniness of English language research.The essay compares the concept of the vocational identification and professional development,discusses the inspiration of the research result of vocational identification to teacher professional development.
