致心律失常性右心室心肌病诊治进展 被引量：2

摘要 致心律失常性右心室心肌病（arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy,ARVC）是临床上最常见的可致猝死的器质性心脏病.多年来,ARVC被误认为是心肌发育不良而被称为致心律失常性右心室发育不良（arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia,ARVD）,近年的临床研究证实是右心室心肌进行性非缺血性萎缩,部分心肌组织被纤维-脂肪组织替代,逐渐出现右心室扩大、室壁变薄及室壁瘤形成.1996年世界卫生组织（WHO）和世界心脏病联盟（WHF）共同工作组即提出该病应划归为心肌病的范畴[1].2006年美国心脏协会（AHA）将其归为遗传性原发性心肌病.
