摘要
目的将基于锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)的牙颌模型和激光扫描的牙冠模型整合建立三维整合牙颌模型,研究三维整合牙颌模型的整合精度。方法选择10例需要接受CBCT检查的错患者,对每例患者头颅进行CBCT扫描,采取牙列硅橡胶印模进行激光扫描,分别重建获得三维CBCT图像和激光扫描三维图像,将三维CBCT图像和激光扫描图像进行手动配准和自动配准,对两种配准方法所得整合模型用Rapid form 2006软件进行全局偏差检测。采用配对t检验评价手动配准方法和自动配准方法的差异。结果手动配准上下颌平均距离分别是0.159±0.0265mm、0.151±0.0337mm,自动配准上下颌平均距离分别是0.145±0.0294 mm、0.134±0.0309 mm,两者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动配准方法优于手动配准方法,两种配准方法均能建立精确的三维整合模型,这为今后三维整合牙颌模型的应用提供了依据。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the integrate dental models based on cone beam computerized tomography(CBCT) and laser-scanned dental models.Methods Ten patients with malocclusion were scanned by CBCT,and the silicon models scanned by laser,which then created the 3-dimensional dental and maxillary models.The digital dental models were established by integration of these models.The integration accuracy was evaluated by both manual register and auto register methods.The statistical difference between the two register methods was assessed.Results The mean distance of the maxilla and mandible was 0.159±0.0265mm and 0.151±0.0337 mm in manual register method,and 0.145±0.0294 mm and 0.134±0.0309 mm in auto register method.There were significant difference between the two methods(P0.05).Conclusion Both manual register and auto register could establish accurate integrated 3-dimensional dental and maxillary models,with the former being better than the latter.
