摘要 1,1′-双十八烷-3,3,3’,3’-四甲基吲哚羰花青-高氯酸盐(1,1′-dioctadecyl-3,3,3’,3'-tetramethytindocarbocyanine perchlorate,DiD),分子式为C59H97ClN2O4,分子量为933.88,是一种羰花青族荧光染料,为紫红色晶体,无毒,具有高度的亲脂性,在水中的溶解度极低,可溶于乙醇、甲醇,二甲基亚砜(dimethylsulfoxide,DMSO)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(N,N—dimethyl-formamide,DMF)。
