16例高眼压症患者临床随访观察

Observation of ocular hypertension in sixteen patients

目的：探讨高眼压症的致病因素、病情变化。方法：对16例高眼压症患者进行2~8 a（平均4.5 a）的随访,随访包括对眼压、视野、视盘及视神经纤维层等方面的检查。结果：随访过程中13例患者眼压无明显变化,眼压呈下降趋势2例,眼压增高1例,视野出现改变4例。结论：高眼压症与多种致病因素有关,其发展是一种慢而良性的过程。

Objective： To observe and discuss the contributory factors of ocular hypertension,the clinical signs for follow up and the development.Methods： Sixteen cases with ocular hypertension were observed for intraocular pressure, vision field,optic disk and fibre of optic nerve.These cases were followed up for 2 to 8 years（mean 4.5 years）.Results： During the term of followup,the intraocular pressure of the 13 cases did not change,2 cases went down,1 case increased,the vision field of 4 cases changed.Conclusion： Many factors might contribute to ocular hypertension,the patients should be observed frequently.
