摘要 1935年,Pincus和Enzmanz[1]观察到兔的未成熟卵母细胞在体外培养条件下可以自发完成卵母细胞的成熟过程,自此在生殖领域引入了一个新的概念即卵母细胞体外成熟（in vitro maturation,IVM）。自1991年Cha[2]等报道IVM技术取得第1例妊娠以来,IVM技术已应用于治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的不孕,
