摘要 目的:构建乙型肝炎病毒基因疫苗 p C R3.1 S,观察重组人白细胞介素2(rh I L2)作为佐剂对其诱导 B A L B/c 小鼠产生免疫应答的影响. 方法:以 E L I S A 法检测免疫小鼠血清抗 H Bs,另用3 H Td R 参入法测定淋巴细胞增殖活性,初步研究不同免疫组的体液和细胞免疫应答. 结果:rh I L2 组免疫小鼠抗 H Bs 抗体和淋巴细胞增殖活性与对照组相比有显著差异( P< 0.05). 结论: H B V 基因疫苗可诱发 B A L B/c 产生良好的免疫应答,rh I L2 AIM: To construct gene vaccines of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and to investigate the effects of recombinant human interleukin 2(rhIL 2), as an adjuvant, on immune responses induced by HBV gene vaccines in BALB/c mice. METHODS: Anti HBs antibodies were measured by ELISA, and lymphocyte proliferation activity was detected by 3H TdR incorporation assay. Humoral and cellular responses of different groups immunized mice were then compared. RESULTS: The production of anti HBs antibody and lymphocyte proliferation activity in rhIL 2 group mice showed significant difference compared with those in control group mice( P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: HBV genetic vaccines successfully induce immune responses in BALB/c mice, and rhIL 2, as an adjuvant, increases their potency.
