摘要
通过对KR法和喷吹法各自的优势及特点进行比较,选用了KR机械搅拌法脱硫,对投产后的效果进行了分析,表明了KR脱硫效果良好,能满足炼钢要求.
By comparing their own advantages and characteristics in KR method and blowing method,KR mechanical agitation was chosen,this paper the hot metal pretreatment process in KR stirring was described,the mixing principles and mechanisms of desulfurization was discussed,the effect of production was analyzed,the results showed that KR desulfurization effect is better to meet the steel requirements.
