A modified ternary model considering radiation between zones

摘要 针对连续加热炉建立了假想面法模型.在计算辐射直接交换面积时,考虑了炉顶压下对炉内传热的影响.以某厂3#加热炉为研究对象,模拟了钢坯加热过程;并将计算结果与传统的三元模型计算结果相比较,分析传统三元模型误差产生的原因,最后将通过各假想面的热流加入到三元模型的炉气能量平衡方程中,以修正屏蔽段间辐射造成的误差.修正的三元模型与假想面法模型计算结果相差较小,满足精度的要求,因此可以应用到在线跟踪计算中.对于在线运行的三元模型,当燃料量和燃料配比变化较大时,应提前计算生产过程中典型的燃料供给和分配下的各假想面传递的能量,生成数据文件,以便于实时调用. An imaginary plane method was established for walking beam reheating furnace.Direct radiative exchange areas were calculated considering heat transfer from furnace roof partition.Taken no.3 reheating furnace in a factory as research object,heating process of slab was simulated.The results of modified ternary model and traditional model were compared and the error was analyzed.In order to modify the error caused by unconsidered radiative heat transfer between zones,a heat flux through imaginary plane was added to the income of gas energy balance equation.The difference between traditional ternary model and modified ternary model was small,thus it can be used online.For the online ternary model,when fuel amount or distribution vary largely,an imaginary plane flux would be calculated before online.Data files of the flux are produced for online use.
