摘要
目的:为诱导受体对异种供体的免疫耐受.方法:作者把大鼠的胸腺和骨髓联合移植给经去胸腺、去脾等预处理的受体新西兰兔. 结果:在不用任何免疫抑制剂的情况下,大鼠细胞能以很高比例(619% ~288% )在受体兔体内存活245 d 以上,未观察到受体兔有移植物抗宿主病的症状;并发现这些大鼠细胞能与较高水平的兔抗大鼠抗体同时存在于实验兔体内,且证明这些抗体未结合到实验兔体内的大鼠细胞上. 结论:这些抗体对应的抗原在这些大鼠细胞表面是“缺失”的,并证明这些“缺失”的分子中不包括 M H CⅠ类分子. 从实验兔体内检测出大鼠抗乙脑病毒抗体的实验结果看,这些分子的“缺失”并不影响大鼠免疫细胞的体液免疫功能.
AIM:To establish a disparate hematopoietic chimera model. METHODS:We transplanted simultaneously rat thymus and bone marrow cells into New Zealand rabbits which had been splenectomized and thymectomized RESULTS:We observed the chimeric rabbits up to 245 days post transplantation and found that ① The rabbits survived without any immunosuppressant and showed no sign of graft versus host disease(GVHD);②The rat cells survived at high proportion(61 9%~28 8%) in the chimeras,though they decreased gradually with the passage of time In addition,high level anti rat antibodies were detected in the chimeras,but they failed to react with rat cells in the chimeras CONCLUSION:It seemed to us that the antigens corresponding to the antibodies were “lost” from the surface of these rat cells and that MHC I molecules were not included in the “lost” structure Moreover, the “loss” did not affect the rat cell immune response, for rat antibodies specific for Janpanese encephalitis virus (JEV) were induced in the model upon JEV vaccination Biography:HU Jun,male,born on 1962 10 24 in Queshan,Henan Province,graduated from Fourth Military Medical University as a doctor of transplantation immunology in 1999,having 7 papers published.
