摘要
目的:从转录及翻译水平研究细胞间隙连接基因connexin ( Cx)43 及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫肌中的表达.方法: 应用核酸原位杂交技术和 S P免疫组织化学法,研究51例足月妊娠子宫肌,20 例正常子宫平滑肌中, Cx43 m R N A 及其蛋白的表达规律. 结果: Cx43 m R N A 及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫平滑肌中的表达明显高于其在正常子宫平滑肌中的表达( P< 0.05). 结论: Cx43 m R N A 及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫肌表达增高,临产后进一步增高,提示间隙连接与分娩的发动有关.
AIM: To investigate the expression of gap junction gene cx43 and its protein in term human myometrium. METHODS: In situ hybridization and immunohistochemical techniques were employed to detect the levels of cx43 mRNA and its protein Cx43 in 51 cases of term human myometrium and 20 cases of myometrium tissues. RESULTS: Steady state levels of gap junction gene cx43 mRNA and Cx43 protein were detected in term human myometrium and were found to have a significant high positive rate compared with those in myometrium tissues. CONCLUSION: There is an increase in cx43 transcript and protein levels in the human myometrium toward term and a further increase during labor, suggesting that Cx43 is associated with parturition.
