摘要 基于纤维束示踪的空间统计方法(TBSS)能够自动、准确地分析扩散张量数据,克服了基于体素的形态学分析在配准和平滑等过程中存在的不足,可对不同被试者的主要白质纤维束对齐、配准,从而达到较精准的组间比较,因此对脑白质异常区域定位更准确,为定量评估脑白质病变提供可靠参数,在脑科学研究和临床实践中有较好的应用前景。但TBSS方法仍存在一定局限性,有待于进一步改进。就TBSS方法的原理、计算过程及应用等予以综述。
