正常和变性腰椎间盘ADC值定量研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨正常与变性腰椎间盘表观扩散系数(ADC)值之间是否存在差异。方法对34例病人进行MR常规腰椎T2WI、T1WI及MR扩散加权成像扫描;测量并比较正常和变性椎间盘的ADC值。结果正常椎间盘平均ADC值[(1.20±0.18)×10-3mm2/s]高于变性椎间盘平均ADC值[(0.63±0.23)×10-3mm2/s],其差异具有统计学意义(t=16.966,P<0.001)。结论正常腰椎间盘与变性腰椎间盘平均ADC值间存在差异,MR扩散加权成像可以用于椎间盘变性的发生机制及早期诊断的研究。 Objective To measure the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) ofintervertebral discs and to compare the ADC values between normal and degenerated intervertehral discs. Methods Thirty-four patients were enrolled in this study. After T1WI and T2WI scan, DWI was performed. Mean ADC values were measured. Results The mean ADCs of normal and degenerated lumbar intervertebral discs were (1.20±0.18)×10^-3mm^2/s and (0.63±0.23)×10^-3mm^2/s respectively. The mean ADC of normal lumbar intervertebral discs was significant higher than that of degenerated lumbar intervertebral discs (t=16.966, P〈0.001). Conclusion Diffusion-weighted MR imaging may play an important role in early diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effect for degenerated intervertebral discs.
