脑缺血脑温演变及测量的影像学研究进展
The imaging research progress of the evolution and measurement of brain temperature in ischemia
摘要
脑温是反映神经元活动与功能的参数之一。脑缺血后局部脑温会增加,主要与血循环、代谢状态改变以及一些细胞毒性物质释放有关。1H-MRS化学位移法是一种无创性的脑温测量方法,可在临床推广应用。不同缺血区域脑温改变的规律不同,半暗带区脑温最高,体现了高代谢状态。
