伽玛刀对脑肿瘤瘤周水肿的治疗效果及其影像学评价 被引量:1

摘要 瘤周水肿是脑肿瘤最常伴发的征象,能加重占位效应,产生一系列神经症状。应用伽玛刀治疗脑肿瘤时,射线作用于瘤体的同时,对瘤周水肿区也能起一定作用。通过测量治疗前后瘤周水肿的改变可以评价水肿对伽玛刀的反应。功能磁共振成像在瘤周水肿区的应用也将成为鉴别肿瘤类型,甚至良恶性程度的新手段。
