摘要
目的:建立飞龙掌血中白屈菜红碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1三乙胺(磷酸调pH值3)(28:72),检测波长为269nm,流速为1.0ml.ml-1。结果:白屈菜红碱的线性范围为0.07~7.40μg(r=0.9998);浓度范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.07,RSD=1.24(n=9)。结论:所建方法简单、快速、准确,可用于飞龙掌血的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of chelerythrine in Toddalia Asiatica.Method:The separation was performed on Phenomenex Gemini C18 柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) columm with detection wave length of 269 nm.The mobile phase was mixture of acetonitrile and 1% triethylamine(adjusted to a PH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(28:72)with flow rate of 1.0 ml·ml-1.Result:The linear ranges of nitidine chloride were at 0.07~7.40μg(r=0.9998),the average recoveries(n=9) were 100.07%(RSD=1.24%)。Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of nitidine chloride in Toddalia Asiatica.
