改良体位在甲状腺手术中的临床应用探讨

The disscussion of clinical application for improved posture in the thyroid surgery

目的:探讨改良体位在甲状腺手术中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2009年9月～2011年3月于本院进行治疗的160例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(改良体位组)80例和对照组(传统体位组)80例,后将两组患者的舒适度及手术后不良反应发生率进行统计及比较。结果:观察组患者的舒适度高于对照组,手术后不良反应(头晕头痛及呕吐、颈背部疼痛)发生率低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:改良体位在甲状腺手术中的临床应用效果好,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of clinical application for improved posture in the thyroid surgery.Methods：Choose 160 patients from September 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital for treatment.Divide them into two groups（improved position group）80 cases and the control group（traditional position group）80 cases randomly.And statistics and compare the level of comfort and the incidence of adverse reactions after surgery for the two groups of patients.Results：The level of comfort was higher,postoperative adverse events（dizziness,headache and vomiting,neck back pain）was lower than the control group,P0.05.There is significant difference.Conclusion：The improved posture in the clinical application of thyroid surgery is effective,and it should be widely applied.
