颈段哑铃形脊髓肿瘤手术探讨

Aspect of operative treatment in the dumbbell tumors of the cervical spinal canal

目的 报道一种颈段哑铃形脊髓肿瘤的手术方法。方法 描述手术全过程， 阐明手术中各环节的要点， 分析手术结果及影像学资料的作用。结果 本组９ 例均达到肿瘤全切除， 并且临床症状和体征均有不同程度改善， 其中７ 例已恢复正常工作， 无任何并发症。结论 该手术方法安全、简捷、有效， 通过一次手术即可全切除肿瘤。

Objective To report an approach to remove dumbbell tumors of the cervical spinal canal. Methods The operative course and key step were described. The operative results, X ray films and MRI were analysed.Results Total resection was achieved in all of 9 cases. Neurological function gradually improved after surgery, 7 cases had returned work in original jobs. There were no complication. Conclusion This approach is safe, simple and mild invasion it was achieved for total removal of cervical dumbbell shaped tumors at an one stage operation.
