经皮螺钉治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折的临床分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨经皮螺钉治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折的疗效。方法 2005年1月—2008年1月,闭合复位、空心螺钉内固定手术治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折42例,男26例,女16例;年龄18~54岁,平均40.3岁。结果 34例患者获得随访12~24个月,平均14个月。伤口1期愈合,无感染。骨折愈合时间10~12周,平均10.5周。患者术后10~12周时可完全负重行走,无明显疼痛不适。采用AOFAS中前足评分标准,34例患者评分为80~100分,平均91.3分。结论经皮螺钉治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折操作简单,创伤小,疗效满意。 Objective To explore the curative effect of percutaneous screw fixation on the fifth metatarsal base avulsion fractures. Methods Forty-four patients of the fifth metatarsal base avulsion fractures were treated from January 2005 to January 2008. There were 26 males and 16 females with an average age of 40.3years (ranged from 18 to 54 years). There was no open fracture. All the patients were treated with close reduction and percutaneous screw fixation. Results 34 patients were followed up for 14 months in average (ranged from 12 to 24 months). All of the cases have healed well, and the mean time of bone union was 10.5 weeks (ranged from 10 to 12 weeks). No infection was found in all cases. The mean time of completely weight loading walking was 11 weeks ( ranged from 10 to 12 weeks). According to AOFAS the forefoot and midfoot scale, the mean score is 91.3 (ranged from 80 to 100). Conclusion Percutaneous screw fixation is easy to perform, minimally invasive, and with good functional results.
