摘要 干细胞是一类具有自我更新能力,高度增殖及多向分化潜能的特定细胞群体。在诱导培养下,干细胞可以分化成各种具有特定形态,特定功能的成熟细胞。在眼科领域,干细胞移植技术得到了广泛应用,尤其是在治疗视网膜退化疾病例如视网膜色素变性,
