摘要 动脉导管未闭（patent ductus arteriosus，PDA）是常见的先天性心脏病之一，大约占先天性心脏病的7％～10％^[1]。动脉导管是在胎儿期连接降主动脉和肺动脉主干的必需渠道。胎儿娩出后血液中氧分压急剧上升，可使导管壁肌肉收缩；另一方面，
