摘要
目的探讨采用临床型1.5T磁共振成像仪对小鼠瘤体进行非创伤性实时监测的方法。方法通过常规MRI轴位FSE序列T2加权成像、轴位SE序列T1加权成像和轴位、矢状位增强扫描成像,对瘤体进行观察,并于解剖和组化结果进行对比。结果通过优化成像参数,结果表明通过临床型的MRI可以对小鼠接种的肿瘤进行实时观察。成像结果和解剖所见完全吻合。结论通过常规的临床型MRI即可对小动物瘤体进行非创伤性观测,而无需采用动物专用型MRI。
Objective To establish a protocol for the non - invasive analysis of hepatocarcinogenesis in mice using a clinical 1.5 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging scanner. Methods The scans of the murine tumor included axial T2 - weighted FSE images, axial T1 - weighted SE images and contrast enhanced images. Application of contrast agent was performed via tail vein. Results Through techni- cal adaptation and optimization, we could detect murine tumors and provided histopathological evidence. These MR findings corresponded to hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion Our protocol allows the non - invasive monitoring of liver tumor.
