摘要
实验观察了试剂及血清中丙酮酸浓度对单试剂动力学法及以丙氨酸为第二试剂的双试剂法测定ALT的影响。单试剂法测定,以血清(或试剂)中丙酮酸浓度对ALT活性回归,回归系数b与0的检验,P均小于0.001,说明ALT表现活性受血清(或试剂)中丙酮酸浓度影响;用丙氨酸为第二试剂的双试剂法测定,以血清(或试剂)中丙酮酸浓度对ALT活性回归,回归系数b与0的检验,P均大于0.05,说明ALT表现活性不受血清(或试剂)中丙酮酸浓度影响,加入丙酮酸前后ALT活性的配对t检验(P>0.05)也证明本法可消除高丙酮改浓度对ALT测定结果的影响。
We investigated the effect of pyruvate concentration in serum(or solution) on alanine transaminase (ALT) activity by one step and two step procedures. Regression of serum(or solution) pyruvate against ALT ac-tivity and test of coefficient b with 0 were made in both assays. It indicated that ALT activity was influenced by serum (or solution) pyruvate in one-step procedure (P<0. 001) while not in two-step assay which alanine was added afterward (P>0. 05). Same conclusion was also made from match test of ALT activity before and after pyruvate added(P>0. 05)
