摘要
目的:观察血清铜、锌、铁浓度及其转运蛋白在体外循环术后的变化情况。方法:对体外循环的7名男性和4名女性在手术前后不同时间点抽取血清样品进行铜、锌、铁及其转运蛋白浓度测定。结果:血清铜、锌、铁浓度在手术初期呈相似变化,即先增加再降低,而后各自呈现不同的应急反应。其中锌和铁的变化有显著性差异,而铜的变化在整个研究时期均无显著性差异(P>0.05);三种转运蛋白均自手术开始时下降,其中白蛋白和转铁蛋白自手术开始直至该研究末期均下降,且有明显差异:而铜蓝蛋白的变化则相应较慢,至第7d才出现显著增高(P<0.02)。结论:该研究表明进行大外科手术治疗的患者补充一定的微量元素,有利于加强病人的营养和帮助病情好转。
Objective: To observe the changes on the concentrations of copper, zinc,and iron in serum and of their transport proteins after extracorporeal circulation. Method 7 male and 4 female patients had extracorporeal circulation. Venous blood was drawn at proopertive and postopertive different time points. Serum copper,zinc,iron and their respective transport proteins were determined. Result Concentrations of copper,zinc and iron were similar,with an early increase,then a decrease and subsequently an different stress reaction. The changes of zinc and iron were significant,however,the change of copper was not significant (P>0. 05). Their transport pro-teins decreased in or after the operation. The decrease in concentrations of albumin and transferrin were signifi-cant from beginning to the end of the study period,whereas the ceruloplasemin concentration didn't significently increase until the seventh day(P<0. 02). Conclusions These studies indicate it is beneficial to increase patients nutrition and to help patients recovery if they were supplyed some essential trace elements during the postopera-tive period.
