脑室内血肿对丘脑背侧神经元的毒性损伤 被引量:2

摘要 目的: 探讨脑室内血肿对丘脑背侧神经元是否具有毒性损伤作用。方法: 在鼠脑室内注血后6 小时, 观察丘脑背侧神经元的病理组织学改变, 检测丘脑背侧组织ATP酶活性及Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2+ 含量。结果: 脑室内注血后6 小时, 丘脑背侧神经元虽未见明显坏死, 但胞内结构已开始发生变化, Na+ - K+ - ATP酶、Ca2+ - ATP酶活性明显降低, Na+ 、Ca2+ 含量则明显增高。结论: 脑室内血肿对丘脑背侧神经元具有毒性损伤作用。 Objective:To investigate whether the thalamic dorsal neurons suffer toxic damage from intraventricular hematoma.Methods: Six hours after blood was injected into ventricle of rats,tissue ATP ase activity,contents of Na +,K +,Ca 2+ and histopathological changes in the dorsal region of thalamus were measured.Results:Although neuron necrosis had not been found,the change of construction inside the neurons had occured. Meanwhile,tissue ATPase activity decreased significantly and Na +,Ca 2+ contents increased remarkably.Conclusion:The thalamic dorsal neurons suffer toxic damage from hematoma itself following intraventricular hemorrhage.$$$$
