2010年我院产科围术期抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

The investigate analyze of the situation of perioperative antibacterials using in obstetrical of our hospital in 2010

目的调查产科围术期抗菌药物的使用情况,为进一步规范化管理提供依据。方法抽取该院2010年产科手术病历844份,对围术期使用抗菌药物情况进行统计分析。结果产科围术期抗菌药物使用率为100.00%,预防用药占92.18%,治疗性用药占7.82%;抗菌药物共4大类11个品种;使用频率前5位为五水头孢唑啉钠、头孢噻吩、头孢替唑、头孢孟多酯钠、头孢替安;最常见的联用形式为头孢菌素+甲硝唑。结论产科围术期抗菌药物在品种选择、用法用量、给药时间、联合用药上基本合理,但存在预防用药时间过长、选药不当等问题,需加强抗菌药物给药时间及合理使用管理。

Objective To search the situation of perioperative antibacterials using in obstetrical in order to further provide the basis for standardized management.Methods Extracted 844 cases surgery medical records in obstetrical in 2010,on perioperative use of antimicrobial agents were statistically analyzed.Results The percent of using antibacterials was 100.00%,while the medicinal drug used to prevent taking part of 92.18% and those used to treat sharing a part of 7.82%.The antibacterials cound be divided into 4 main categories and 11 varieties.Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate,cefalotin,ceftezole,cefamandole nafate and cefotiam were the top five medical drugs which used most,while the most common used of antibacterial was using cephalothin and metronidazole together.Conclusion Obstetrical perioperative antibiotics in the species selection,usage,dosage,administration time,and combination therapy is basically rational,but there are preventive medication for too long,improper drug selection and other issues,need to enhance delivery of antimicrobial agents and the rational use of time managemen.
