心脏介入术治疗血管迷走神经反射的护理观察

The nursing observation of cardiac intervention in the treatment of vasovagal reflex

目的总结心脏介入术治疗血管迷走神经反射(VVRS)的护理方法。方法回顾性分析接受冠状动脉介入治疗并发VVRS的15例患者的临床资料。结果冠状动脉介入治疗术中发生VVRS3例(4.6%),术后发生VVRS8例(12.3%),术后延迟发生VVRS4例(6.2%)。经及时采取抢救措施,15例患者的生命体征完全恢复正常,无死亡。结论积极预防诱发因素,加强术前、术中、术后,特别是拔除鞘管的护理,是预防VVRS发生的重要措施。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of cardiac intervention in the treatment of vasovagal reflex（VVRS）.Methods Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 15 cases patients with underwent percutaneous coronary intervention and occurred VVRS.Results Coronary intervention occurred VVRS 3 cases（4.6%）,postoperative occurred VVRS 8 cases（12.3%）,after delay occurred VVRS 4 cases（6.2%）.15 cases patients with vital signs returned to normal,with no deaths.Conclusion The effort to prevent aggravating factors,enhance the preoperative,postoperative,especially nursing sheath removal is an important measure to prevent VVRS occurred.
