摘要
目的观察硫酸镁辅治毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法将60例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用25%硫酸镁0.2ml/kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,每天1次,连用3～5d。治疗后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁辅治毛细支气管炎安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in bronchiolitis.Methods 60 cases patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two group,each of 30 cases.Control group received conventional therapy;On the base of control group,treatment group were given 25% magnesium sulfate 0.2ml/kg-1·d-1 intravenous drip,once every day,used 3～5d.After treatment,compared the effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（100.0%） was higher than that of control group（86.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionMagnesium sulfate in bronchiolitis is safe and effective,which is worth utilizing widely in clinic.
