喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效观察

Effect observation of Xiyanping injection in children's acute upper respiratory infection

目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法将92例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例。治疗组采用喜炎平注射液5mg·kg-1·d-1加入5%葡萄糖溶液100～250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次。对照组予利巴韦林注射液10mg·kg-1·d-1加入5%葡萄糖溶液100～250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,均连用3～5d为1个疗程。治疗后比较2组临床疗效及症状改善时间。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%显著高于对照组的65.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热、咽痛和咳嗽缓解时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效确切,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection in children＇s acute upper respiratory infection.Methods 92 cases child with acute upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 46 cases.Treatment group were given Xiyanping injection 5mg·kg-1·d-1＋ 5% glucose solution 100～250ml infusion,one time a day.Control group were given ribavirin injection 10mg·kg-1·d-1＋ 5% glucose solution 100～250ml infusion,one time a day,3～5d as a course of treatment.After treatment,compared clinical effect and time of symptom improvement of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（93.5%） was significantly higher than that of control group（65.2%）（P〈0.01）.The time of fever,sore throat and cough relief of treatment group were shorter than those of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xiyanping injection is effective in children＇s acute upper respiratory infection.
