摘要
目的调查心内科住院患者对护理工作的满意度。方法对心内科600例住院患者进行满意度问卷调查。结果共发出600份问卷调查表,回收600份,其中有效问卷584份,问卷有效率为97.3%。患者对护理工作满意率>90%,其中患者对护理工作满意度得分为3.36~3.97,得分最高的是护理人员的责任心和态度,得分最低的是基础护理。结论护理人员应提高基础护理质量,满足患者的基本生理需要,同时加强健康教育和沟通交流,满足其对知识的需求,不断提高满意度和护理质量。
Objective To investigate of nursing work satisfaction in cardiology inpatient.Methods 600 cases inpatients in cardiology did satisfaction survey.Results 6 hundred questionnaires were sending out and get back,of which 584 valid questionnaires,the questionnaire response rate was 97.3%.Nursing work satisfaction rate 90%,the highest nursing satisfaction score was 3.97 points and the lowest was 3.36 points,the attitude and responsibility sense of nursing staffs get the highest score and basic nursing scored lowest.Conclusion Nurses should improve the basic quality of care nurses to meet the basic physiological needs of patients,while strengthening health education and communication to meet their needs for knowledge and continuously improve the satisfaction and quality of care.
