农产品流通的关键问题与解决思路

The Key Problems in Agricultural Product Circulation and the Solution Way

目前,在我国农产品流通领域中存在着许多问题,主要包括农民被隔离在农产品商业环节之外,不能享受农产品价格上涨带来的利益;农产品物流环节浪费严重,效率不高,增值空间拓展不力;农产品供应链因缺乏具备供应链核心企业特征的流通主体而远未形成等。针对这种状况,发展我国农产品流通应从创新农村经济组织,提高农民进入市场的组织化程度;加强农产品物流管理,提高农产品流通效率;培育农产品供应链,拓展流通增值空间;加大政策支持力度,推动农产品流通产业发展等方面采取相应措施。

At present,there are some problems in the field of agricultural product circulation.Farmers can not share the benefit brought by the rising agricultural product price;in agricultural product logistics,the waste is in a high-level and the efficiency is very low;the agricultural product supply chain has not yet been formed because of the lack of circulation main body with the feature of supply chain core enterprises.To solve these problems,we should first,make innovation in rural economic organization;second,we should strengthen management of agricultural product logistics and improve the efficiency of agricultural product circulation;third,we should cultivate agricultural product supply chain and explore more value-added space for circulation;and fourth,we should give more policy support and promote the development of agricultural product circulation.
