摘要
农产品物流对农业生产发展和农村经济繁荣具有十分重要的作用。建立健全农产品外贸物流体系,有助于减少农产品对外贸易物流环节的浪费现象,降低农产品外贸物流成本,提升农产品国际竞争力。文章结合湖南省新农村建设中农业外向型经济发展的实践,运用混合整数规划模型,建立了农产品外贸物流网络优化模型,并通过应用实例,运用两层分解寻优算法进行模型求解,给出了特定农产品外贸物流网络优化方案,可用以指导湖南省农业外向型经济跨跃式发展。
Building the perfect agricultural product foreign trade logistics system is of great significance for reducing the waste of agricultural product foreign trade logistics links,reducing the high cost of agricultural product foreign trade logistics and advancing international competitiveness of agricultural products.Combined with the practice of agricultural export-oriented economic development of Hunan new rural construction,expounded to agricultural product foreign trade logistics and agricultural product foreign trade logistics system,and based on the mixed-integer planning model,the authors built a model for agricultural product foreign trade logistics network optimization.Then,with the help of the application of that and the two layers of decomposition algorithm for solving the optimal model,the authors put forward a useful scheme for some agricultural product foreign trade logistics network optimization that can be used as the guidance for the great-leap-forward development of export-oriented economy of the agriculture industry in Hunan.
