摘要
分工发展的不平衡性通过技术进步效应与资源转移效应在企业内部和企业之间的影响机制各不相同,市场条件下分工发展的不平衡在企业之间具有自增强性,而在企业内部则具有自减弱性。分工及其发展的不平衡性与物流技术发展的三个阶段之间存在互相影响和相互转化的关系:社会物流硬技术发展是分工对社会协作瓶颈的突破,企业物流硬技术的发展是企业内部分工深化使然,而物流软技术发展则是企业内部协作与协调制约企业内部分工经济发展的必然结果。
The imbalance of labor-division produces two different effects.And the effect mechanisms are different in inter-firm and outer-firm.The imbalance of division of labor in outer-firm has self-enhancement under market condition.However,it has self damping in inter-firm.The imbalance of division of labor and the three stages of development of logistics technology can interact and interconvert with each other.The development of social logistic hard technology is the breakthrough of the bottleneck in social coordination;it is also the result of deepening labor-division in inter-firm.While the development of social logistic soft technology is the inevitable result of the constraint of coordination and cooperation in inter-firm on the economic role of labor-division inside the enterprises.
