澄清红糖汁用废旧活性炭微波再生条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波处理,对废旧活性炭的再生进行研究。以澄清红糖汁后的透光率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法对微波再生活性炭的三个主要影响因素,即微波功率、辐射时间和废旧活性炭用量进行了优化,由Design Expert优化最佳工艺条件为:微波功率700W,辐射时间7.5min,废活性炭用量10.47g。 The conditions of microwave regenerate activated carbons were studied.The transmittances of brown sugar aqueous were indicator, on the base of the single factor experiments, using Design Expert to optimize the conditions, microwave power, microwave time as well as amount of the activated carbons. The optimum regeneration conditions were. microwave power 700W, microwave time 7.5min, amount of the activated carbons 10.47g.
