摘要
目的：探讨健康成人和高血压病（ＥＨ）、冠心病（ＣＨＤ）患者心室肌复极功能的昼夜差异及其与心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）的关系。方法：随机选取健康成人３５例，ＥＨ、ＣＨＤ患者５６ 例。作２４ 小时动态心电图检查，计算机软件自动计算ＨＲＶ时域参数， 专人测量ＲＲ、ＱＴ间期。结果：两组对象夜间ＱＴ间期均显著长于白昼（Ｐ分别小于００５～０．０１）。患者ＱＴ间期均长于对照组，但仅以心率６０ ｂｐｍ～８０ ｂｐｍ 时患者ＱＴ间期显著长于对照组。ＱＴ间期与ＨＲＶ明显相关。结论：ＥＨ。
Aim:To investigate the relationship between the circadian variations of the ventricular repolorization function(VRF) and the heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with essential hypertension(EH) and coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:Fifty six hypertension patients and 35 healthy were examined by 24 h ambulatory electrocardiograph. The QRS,QT interval,and HRV were calculated automatically by the computer. Results:The QT interval in the night time is obviously longer than in the day time in two groups.The QT interval of patients group is longer than that in the control group, especially in heart rate 60～80 bpm. There are obviouly coordinated between QT interval and HRV. Conclusion: The changes of HRV and VRF were prominent in the patients with EH and CHD.
