摘要
目的探讨分析儿童眶周及眼眶蜂窝组织炎症(蜂窝织炎)诊断治疗的难点要点。方法对该院2009年12月￣2010年7月临床诊断的22例儿童眶周及眼眶蜂窝织炎进行足量广谱抗感染治疗、合理应用激素、脓肿切开引流及各种并发症的对症处理。结果 21例患儿均获得满意疗效,除1例转院失访患儿,余均眼部及全身症状消失,视力不同程度提高,无明显并发症及后遗症。结论 C T是鉴别眶周及眼眶蜂窝织炎的有效手段,两者都需尽早合理控制感染,防止眶周蜂窝织炎向眼眶蜂窝织炎发展,从而提高临床疗效和预后。
[Objective] To discuss the difficulty of the diagnosis and treatment of periorbital and orbital cellulites. [Methods] To treat 22 cases of periorbital and orbital cellulites by full dose and wide-spectrum antibiotics, hormone and management of complications. [Results] 21 cases were cured without obvious sequelae, the symptom disappeared and the vision was increased, but 1 case was lost to follow up. [Conclusions] CT data have great values in diagnosing periorbital and orbital cellulites, both of which the infection should be controlled as early as impossible to prevent the development from periorbital to orbital cellulites.
