作为相对于国家和个人而独立存在的社会权力,是诸多个人权力有机联合的产物,其含义是指在社会关系中,民间组织和各种诸个人集合以其所拥有的社会资源对社会所产生的影响力。就其属性而言,兼具公私双重性。就其作用而言,既有积极的一面,也有消极一面。

The social power which exists independently as opposed to country and individual is product of organic joint of much individual power.Its implication is the impact which civil organization and all kinds of individual groups have on society by means of social resource possessed by them in the social relationship.The attribute of social power is dual： public and private.As regard to the effect of social power,both positive and negative exist.
