女贞子石油醚提取物的化学成分研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究女贞子(Ligustrum lucidum)石油醚萃取相的化学成分。方法通过各种现代色谱技术,对石油醚萃取部位进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从石油醚部位分离并鉴定化合物11个,分别为(132-S)-羟基叶绿素a[(132-S)-hydroxyphaeophytin a,1],(132-R)-羟基叶绿素a[(132-R)-hydroxyphaeophytin a,2],β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,3),豆甾醇(stigmasterol,4),白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,5),(E)-3β,20-二羟基-25-过氧羟基达玛烷-23-烯[(E)-3β,20-dihydroxy-25-perhydroxydammar-23-ene,6],20(S)-3β,20-二羟基-24-过氧羟基达玛烷-25-烯[20(S)-3β,20-dihydroxy-24-perhydroxydammar-25-ene,7],乙酰齐墩果酸(acetyloleanolic acid,8),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,9),羽扇豆醇(lupeol,10),白桦脂醇(betulin,11);结论化合物1~5首次从女贞子中分离鉴定。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract fraction from the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum.METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques,and their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data and physico-chemical properties.RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified,including(132-S)-hydroxyphaeophytin a(1),(132-R)-hydroxyphaeophytin a(2),β-sitosterol(3),stigmasterol(4),betulinic acid(5),(E)-3β,20-dihydroxy-25-perhydroxydammar-23-ene(6),20(S)-3β,20-dihydroxy-24-perhydroxydammar-25-ene(7),acetyloleanolic acid(8),oleanolic acid(9),lupeol(10),and betulin(11).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
