糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清内脂素水平的变化及其与氧化应激的关系 被引量:3

Changes of serum visfatin and relationship to oxidative strees in patients with diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的观察糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清内脂素(visfatin)水平的变化及其与氧化应激的关系。方法测定30例无DR的2型糖尿病患者(NDR组)、34例合并背景期DR的2型糖尿病患者(BDR组)、32例合并增殖期DR的2型糖尿病患者(PDR组)和30例正常对照组(NC组)的血清visfatin、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平。结果 BDR组的血清visfatin和MDA明显高于NDR组(均P<0.01),PDR组的血清visfatin和MDA明显高于BDR组(均P<0.01)。BDR组的血清SOD明显低于NDR组(P<0.01),PDR组的血清SOD明显低于BDR组(P<0.01)。DR患者的血清visfatin与MDA、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和三酰甘油呈明显正相关(r=0.521,r=0.427,r=0.516,均P<0.01),与SOD呈明显负相关(r=-0.573,P<0.01)。结论 DR患者的血清visfatin水平升高,存在氧化应激,visfatin与氧化应激相互作用和相互影响,共同参与DR发病的病理生理过程。 [Objective] To investigate the changes of serum visfatin and relationship between serum ivsfatin and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).[Methods] 30 type 2 diabetic patients without DR(NDR group),34 type 2 diabetic patients with background DR(BDR group),32 type 2 diabetic patients with proliferative DR(PDR group) and 30 normal subjects(NC group) were observed.Their serum levels of visfatin,malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured.[Results] The serum levels of visfatin and MDA were significantly higher in BDR group than in NDR group and significantly higher in PDR group than in BDR group.The serum level of SOD was significantly lower in BDR group than in NDR group and significantly lower in PDR group than in BDR group.The level of serum visfatin was positively related to the level of serum MDA,HOMA-IR and level of serum triacylglyceride(r =0.521,r =0.427,r =0.516,P 0.01),the level of serum visfatin was negatively related to the level serum of SOD(r =-0.573,P 0.01).[Conclusions] There were increase of serum visfatin level and oxidative stress in the patients with diabetic retinopathy.visfatin and oxide stress effect and influence each other,participate pathophysiologic process of diabetic retinopathy.
