内镜下鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术的探讨

Discussion on endoscopic surgery for inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses

目的探讨应用鼻内镜辅助下切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果。方法 26例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的患者,均在经鼻内镜辅助下加Caldwel-Luc手术路径切除肿瘤。结果术后随访2年以上,23例无局部复发;3例内翻乳头状瘤癌变。1、2年后出现鼻腔复发,再次行同类手术。随诊2年未见复发。结论在鼻内镜下切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤取得满意疗效。

[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic excision of rhinosinusal inverted papilloma.[Methods] Nasal endoscopic excision Caldwel-Luc of papilloma located in nasal cavity and sinuses was performed in 26 patient s with rhinosinusal inverted papilloma.[Results] After the operation,a follow-up was made for patients more than 2 years,23 cases were without recurred in partially;And 3 cases were turns into the papilloma cancer.The patients which were recrudescence in 1or 2 years had the similar reoperated,which had no recrudescence in the following 2 years.[Conclusion] Inverted papilloma are easy to been into malignant.The Methods have a very satisfactory effect for treating the inverted papilloma in the nasal endoscopic excision.
