摘要
在过去的20年里,"社会资本"逐渐成为中国社会科学文献中使用率较高的重要范畴。社会学家、经济学家、政治学家、历史学家以及管理学家纷纷使用社会资本理论来解释中国社会的经济管理现象。但是,由于没能充分考虑中国社会经济管理系统所依附的"礼"文化思想,许多研究成果未能揭示出组织社会资本产生及其社会网络结构的变化规律的情境化特征。基于此,本文尝试将中国"礼"文化思想嵌入组织社会资本理论之中,构建适合中国情境的"组织社会资本分析框架"。本文试图探索在中国社会关系网络中,行动者的动机与其社会结构相结合而形成的具体策略,从而揭示行为者目的性的企业管理活动是如何受到当下中国社会结构的约束,又是如何推动了中国社会结构的变化。最后,本文运用方太集团的组织案例进行了检验。
In the past 20 years, the theory of social capital has gradually become a high utilization rate in China social science. Sociologists, economists, political scientists, management theorists and historians have used the theory of social capital to explain the phenomenon of social and economic management in China. However, most of these studies could not fully take into account Confucianism in the social and economic management system of China, so it is difficult to reveal the profound context of Chinese society organizations and social capital changes of the social networks structure. Based on that problem, this page uses the theoretical tools of social capital, combined with Confucianism and the Chinese management experience in order to build up the Chinese analytical framework of organizational social capital. It is the organization of social capital built on the traditional ideology and culture to explore the Chinese social network actors' motive and structure formation, so that Chinese management research to go beyond the traditional static analysis. It is a new theoretical exploration how management activities will be subject to the constraints of existing social structure in China and how the activities of actors change the purpose of the existing social structure to build a new structure.
