摘要
目的 观察60Co γ射线照射对豚鼠前庭功能和形态的影响,为飞行人员头颈肿瘤患者在放疗后飞行结论的评价提供参考依据。 方法 以剂量为30 Gy 的60Co γ射线单次照射豚鼠右侧听泡区,在照射前和照射后不同时期,用眼震电图(ENG)记录前庭旋转摆动试验诱发出的水平性眼震(前庭摆动性眼震)来观察辐射对前庭功能的影响;用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察辐射对前庭器官形态的影响。 结果 ①前庭摆动性眼震以左、右向眼震数表示,豚鼠左、右向眼震初始值分别为38.7±14.62 和38.9±14.74。②照射后豚鼠左、右向眼震数随时间推移逐渐减少。③右侧听泡受照射后豚鼠双侧前庭形态均有改变,在照射后一段时间内,前庭形态损伤呈进行性加重。 结论 一次较大剂量60Co γ射线照射豚鼠一侧听泡。
Objective To investigate the effects of irradiation on function and ultrastructure ofvestibularapparatus, so thatto provide inform ation fordisposition ofpilots underw entradiothera- py due to head and neck neoplasm . Methods Tw enty fourguinea pigsserved assubjects. The area ofrightauditory vesicle ofthe subjects w as exposed to a single dose of30 Gy60Co γ-ray. Electronys- tagm ogram s(ENG) during torsion sw ing testw ere recorded beforeand after1 day to 3 w eeksofirra- diation. The ultrastructuralchanges ofvestibularsensory cells in the course of3 w eeks afterirradia- tion w ere observed by electron m icroscope. Results The initialvalue of leftw ard nystagm us (L) and rightw ard nystagm us(R) during torsion sw ing test w ere 38.7±14.62 and 38.9±14.74 respec- tively. They reduced gradually in the course of3 w eeksafterirradiation, and the differences betw een initialvalues and those afterirradiation becam e significant(P< 0.05) atthe end of2 w eeks. The ul- trastructure of vestibular sensory cells show ed progressive degenerative changes in the course of 3 w eeks after irradiation. Conclusions A large dose ofacute irradiation on the rightauditory vesicle area ofguinea pigs m ay lead functionalim pairm entand ultrastructuralchange ofvestibularapparatus ofboth side.
