摘要
天花板水电站工程泄洪建筑物采用坝身布置表孔和泄洪中孔,流速高、含沙量较大的水流从坝体通过,对泄流面的混凝土提出了抗冲耐磨等要求。在总结抗冲耐磨混凝土科研和工程实践经验的基础上,提出了采用HF抗冲耐磨混凝土,并根据工程的混凝土原材料特性情况开展了抗冲耐磨混凝土配合比的试验研究。研究结果表明,HF抗冲耐磨混凝土方案合理、经济,可以满足工程要求。
The flood diseharge structure of Tianhuaban Hydropower Station is arranged in dam body with surface and middle outlets. The flood with higher veloeity and sediment eoneentration will flow through the dam body and the eonerete on the discharge structure surface need to be with higher abrasion resistanee. After summarizing the experienees in research and engineering praetiee, the HF abrasion-resistant eonerete was proposed to be used in the project, and the mix proportion of concrete was experimentally studied based on the engineering properties of eonerete raw materials. The results show that the application of HF abrasion-resistant eonerete is reasonable and economic, and can meet the engineering requirements.
